SAMM Sound is a family-owned and operated business that has been committed to providing high-quality audio visual design in the same location for over 40 years. With two generations of family and expert staff members that have been with us for over 15 years, customers can rest assured that their project is in the best hands. All of our employees are trained every year and stay on top of industry trends.

Our professional sales consultants have installation backgrounds and stay up to date with the latest technologies and solutions. The sales consultant that you work with will act as the project manager, so that you are working with the same person from start to finish. Their ability to see a job through to the finish and act as the point of contact is a crucial element of SAMM Sound’s dedication to customer service.

Additionally, we pride ourselves in hiring and training only the very best systems and installers, and will not use subcontractors to complete our work. Our design and installation teams are full-time employees, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years.

For our mobile customers, we have a state-of-the-art garage where we perform all of our automotive work in-house, all year long. We guarantee reliable, high-quality work, ensuring your vehicle is in good hands.

While our location is based in Essex County, New Jersey, we have extensive experience working remotely, with customers as far away as California. We are locally owned and operated. Our families have grown up in the area, and we continue to support the community.

Our Process

Whether you walk into the showroom, or give us a call, we offer a free consultation as a preliminary assessment of any job. We are happy to schedule an appointment at your home, job site, or office at a time that is convenient for you. Our professional consultants are trained to work closely with designers, builders, architects and contractors. We can provide you with an automotive services estimate right at our location.

Our consultation includes professional documentation, including an itemized proposal with layout and blueprint drawings. If you decide to move forward with our company, you will have a dedicated project manager (the sales consultant who orchestrated the proposal), who will help you through the entire process, even after installation. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

We also offer extended warranty programs to provide you with expert protection and service long after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
